Customer failed to provide correct shipping address
Product delays caused by courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
Opened, used, or tampered products
Products returned without prior authorization
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the packaging to our customer support email.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
4. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
A return request is submitted and approved by our team.
The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation/refund may not be possible.
7. Company Rights
We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request if the claim does not meet our policy terms.
The company’s decision on refunds and returns shall be final and binding.
