Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Nepal): 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, weight, and shipping method selected.
Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error in your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After the order is shipped, we cannot update or cancel the address.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or absence at delivery, reshipping fees will apply.
If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return handling charges.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order if the shipping destination is not serviceable or restricted.
Some items may be restricted for international shipping due to product type or import regulations.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping provider.
We do not take responsibility for packages lost due to carrier error or theft after delivery.
In rare cases of shipping delays beyond 30 business days, customers may contact us for resolution.
Refunds or reshipment decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the company after internal investigation.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, as the order may already be in process or shipped.
