Himalayan Black Cardamom is a premium aromatic spice grown in the high-altitude Himalayan regions of Eastern Nepal. Traditionally smoke-dried in a bhatti, it is prized for its rich smoky aroma, bold flavor, and medicinal value in both culinary and Ayurvedic practices.
